Author and Historian Richard Thomas is sharing a riveting story about the efforts by local entrepreneurs to make Balmy Beach the place to be in the early 1900s. Join us on May 8th at the Legion for a preview of our upcoming exhibit, Balmy Beach: Owen Sound's Playground. The evening will feature artifacts and panels from the exhibit, a presentation from Richard, and music by the Andy H. Jazz Trio. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or in person at the CWHC and the Ginger Press.
